Common applications

  An air valve is used to control the flow of air in a pipe or tube. Commonly applied in medical vest applications.

  A valve consisting of a disk rotating on an axis or a pair of semicircular plates attached to a spindle across the diameter of a pipe to regulate flow. Disks or plates open and close commonly with a 90-degree rotation. Butterfly valves typically typically applied in water flow applications because they costs less and are lighter than other valves, yet are precise, reliable and low-maintenance.

  Pinch valves use a pinching effect to obstruct fluid flow. Often applied in medical instruments and lab equipment, such as chemical analyzers.
